In dit paper wordt ingegaan op drie vragen die in het debat over de effecten van kantoorinnovatie (‘nieuwe werkomgevingen’) steeds weer naar voren komen:
- Werkt het beter?
- Werkt het prettiger?
- Is het goedkoper?
