Abstract

In het voorjaar van 2021 publiceerde Koninklijke Bouwend Nederland een nieuw model bouwteamovereenkomst, het KBNL 2021 model (hierna ook: KBNL 2021). Dit model bouwt voort op het oude model uit 1992 dat werd opgesteld door VGBouw, het VGBouw 1992 model (hierna ook: VGBouw 1992). De introductie van deze nieuwe set aan algemene voorwaarden voor het werken in een bouwteam, roept de vraag op waar en in hoeverre het nieuwe KBNL 2021 verschilt van het oude VGBouw 1992.
