Abstract
Onderzoek van Johan van Veen naar de stromingen en de morfologie in Het Kanaal (oude benaming van "Het Kanaal" is "De Hoofden") en in het Nauw van Calais. Dit onderzoek is de basis voor het moderne kustmorfologisch onderzoek.
