Architecture and the Built Environment

Abstract

Investigating the space in a multicultural context in the city of Skopje, the projects focus on the historical fortress that is under the negative affect of social tension. To release the tension and promote social integration, the project employs "garden" as a concept to create an outdoor enclosure for people to fully explore nature and expand their sensations. The project is also meaningful to the author as a self-reflection and positioning process.
