Strategymaking is a vision driven approach towards identifying, creating & pursuing strategies. The strategymaking process is one of learning and discovery but it is also one of capturing opportunities and solutions. A fortunate thing about rapid & disruptive change is that it does not only bring organizations turbulence and uncertainty, with change also comes a constant supply of new opportunities. It is that which delivers strategymaking its strength since it is designed to discover & create just that novelty. Strategymaking is an approach to strategy that allows intermediate learning by both formulating and implementing strategies at the same time. It combines the best of strategic management and design thinking. In a nutshell strategymaking transforms the static, linear and sequential strategic product into an adaptable, iterative, and continuous process.
