CO2 hydrate formation in coil heat exchangers: An experimental and theoretical study

Production of CO2 hydrates for direct cooling of meat. A model is developed to describe hydrate formation (including a thermodynamic model and flash model). An experimental set-up is developed to produce hydrates.
