Framework of awareness to critical situations in design and product development: A lean thinking approach to deal with uncertainty and risk

The present research takes the Lean Thinking perspective adopting the concept of MUDA as dimension to study designers’ behavior and provides managerial support with a Framework of Awareness to critical situations in the research field of design and product development.
