Fieldtrip to the Otroy and neighbouring peridotite bodies in Western Norway, July 1st- 5th 2002

The aim of the field work carried out in 2002 was to perform a petrological comparison between an extensive collection of peridotite xenoliths from Archaean sub cratonic lithosphere beneath Southern Africa and garnet peridotite bodies in the Western Gneiss Region of Norway.
