Estimating errors in clinical MRS

In clinical Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (MRS), errors in the estimated in vivo metabolite concentration are usually obtained from the Cramer-Rao lower bounds (CRBs). The reliability of this procedure under in vivo MRS conditions is discussed.
