Downtown connections: A cultural building complex

The project focuses on the north bank of Buffalo Bayou in Downtown Houston. From a redevelopment plan to a performing arts center to a waterfront park, the proposal aims to take advantage of the urban bayou to activate the leftover space in Downtown Houston.
