This thesis describes the process of the development of the toolkit: Durf te delen (Dare to share). A toolkit to support both a victim of sexual abuse and her confidant (person of trust) during the process of disclosing the experience with sexual abuse. This thesis focuses on female victims, due to the fact only women participated in the research, not saying that the toolkit could not be useful for men as well. A victim of sexual violence can come across insufficient support from a friend or family member when disclosing her experience with sexual violence.
