Using literature an initial model is created of factors influencing transparency of websites. Each one of those dimensions are detailed using one or more propositions derived from literature review. Factors found include interpretation, accessibility, data quality, usage whereas as facilitating conditions experience, age, gender and education where found. The model will be validated in subsequent research.
