Abstract

Following the ideologies of club cultural communities, which finds abandoned space throughout the city and gives it new meaning by transforming it into spaces which hosts different activities for creative communities, this projects attempts to design a building with no meaning in the first place which in turn allows for multiple interpretations of the space. For this project, I interpret the space as a nightclub and fit in a daytime program which supports communities within club culture. However, the building also intends to be interpreted in different ways giving the possibility to evolve it's meaning over time along with the evolving needs of society.
