Abstract

The project is an exploration in creating a connection, physically linking the city and sea and a spiritual threshold for the youth of Tallinn, revealing their interconnectedness with the environment. Through a series of revelations, the building becomes a religious experience, where the presence of sea is magnified and brought closer to man.
