Abstract

Sustainability is becoming an increasingly important aspect of the infrastructure industry, however, incorporating it has proven to be troublesome. As such, this thesis focussed on identifying success factors that influence the implementation process of sustainability from idea up to and including the tendering phase for public infrastructure projects.
