Abstract
This concluding chapter reflects on the future of integrated infrastructure design, emphasising the need to move beyond sectoral approaches towards more interdisciplinary, adaptive and context-sensitive strategies. It highlights the importance of integrating infrastructure design to create resilient and sustainable urban environments in response to environmental challenges and societal needs. In particular, it highlights a shift from a goal-bound paradigm towards a value-bound paradigm.
