Abstract

This thesis presents the design of a 1T-trim integrated frequency reference achieving a temperature coefficient below 4 ppm/°C across process variation after 1T-trimming . Demonstrating that high frequency stability over temperature can be realized with minimal calibration.

Overall, the presented frequency reference offers a compelling solution for low-power, crystal-less applications, combining strong temperature stability with improved resilience to process variation.
