Abstract
1. Minimal intervention of vacant office building.
2. Self-organized interactive and independent community for future tenants to rejoin the civil society. A complex of living, working, and learning.
3. Slow and small energy strategy including rainwater collection, food forest, and PV panel positioning.
4. Circular business model act as guidelines for all design decisions.
