 Abstract

The invention relates to a spring comprising a chain of a series of closed, flexible elements, of which always a pair of two adjacent elements from the series are partly connected with each other. In a first embodiment, each pair of two adjacent elements is coupled at a predetermined, in relation to a neighbouring pair of elements, different position. In a second embodiment each pair of two adjacent elements is coupled at a predetermined, and with respect to a neighbouring pair of elements, identical position.
