De Graaff, J. Faculty Civil Engineering and Geosciences Department Hydraulic Engineering Date 1991-10-01 Abstract A suspended sediment transport experiment in a straight flume with a mobile bed is reported. The bed topography is non-horizontal. The flow is steady. Due to an obstruction in the entrance a steady bed oscillation is generated. The bed topography is measured by means of manual bed soundings (by Delft Hydraulics). Suspended sediment concentrations are measured by siphoning (by Delft University).
