The implementation of English-medium instruction by non-native speaking lecturers to non-native speaking students is one of the most recent innovation processes in Dutch-higher education. The impact of this innovation process on non-native teaching staff is yet unknown. At Delft University of Technology training has been developed to support the teaching staff in the implementation process.
