Abstract
Due to an ever-changing and complex world we are living in, more than half (55%) of the average earners and more than 1 in 3 top earners worry about their finances (Aegon, 2021). Moreover, finan-cial stress is increasingly being recognized across society for its impact on happiness and productivity.
